The Big Swamp Smoke-Off welcomes everyone!

Want to see if you got what it takes to WIN? Your Bar B Que will be Judged by Florida Bar-B-Que Association Certified Judges.

The Collier County Fair is proud to announce its Sixth Annual Big Swamp Smoke-Off Bar-B-Que competition. On January 5th and 6th a large contingent of the country's top cook teams will arrive in Naples to compete as the top cooks. Our two day event will include activities for the kids, live entertainment, and other vendors. The competition will take place at the Collier County Fairgrounds 751 39th Ave NE Naples, FL 34120. Admission is Free for adults and children.

Professional Division

Professional cook teams from all over the United States compete for cash, and trophies. Professional Cook Teams associated with an approved BBQ association in addition to cash and trophies earn points on the Florida BBQ Association Contest Circuit. Compete in all four categories in order to win Grand Champion. The four categories are: Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, Pulled Pork.

People's Choice Award

Professional Cook Teams are given a Boston Butt to prepare for competition. The general public will be voting on the tastiest Pork Butt presented. This is the only competition the general public will be able to taste your BBQ best so get out the rubs and sauces, this is the one that will make you famous. Winner receives bragging rights and a trophy.
